When the competition boasts, "WordPress Optimized" this is what they mean: they will automatically upgrade to the newest version of WordPress.

What happens if you're theme isn't optimized for the new version of WordPress or if your plug-ins aren't compatible? It could mean that you're not doing business. It does mean that you will have to wait until your site has been restored; hopefully to a version which includes the changes that you made a few weeks back.
